RP Notes!

  • Dreams are a funny thing. The bar itself is very real, and so are the guest. Mostly. Maybe? Hmmmm... was that Namazu always there looming in the background?

  • Magic is very easy and free, conjurations especially. Some may even find what they desire will come forth with enough feeling behind it.

  • Was the door always a painting? Very awkward to step through at first, but with enough visits you start to get used to travel by portrait.

Dreamers Bloom (Owner)
Pronouns:She/Her
The Garden's beloved owner, she is the daughter of Maeve Vinte and Zuda Vasde born of a dream, turned bar, turned bunn. Her hobbies include painting, entertaining, baking, and vandalism. Don't mind her vines, they're utterly harmless, unlike her Aunt Aya!RP Notes: Her soul is incredibly dense, which tends to make her stick out. She also has access to a variety of strange healing magics, and is known to give the Brass Blades a headache or three.

Flidais Oakclamber (Bartender)
Pronouns:She/Her
A buff pink haired lop, she always has a big smile and eager to help.RP Notes: It's just a bit odd that her lips never move when she speaks, maybe that scar on her neck is a hint? She also has a hint of the Void about her all the time

Euphemia Ebenae-Rivers (Bartender)
Pronouns:She/her
With a calm, unflappable, and almost wise aura around her, Euphemia seems to tend bar with or by magic, entirely unhurried as she seems to pull bottles from seemingly nowhere whilst serving out drinks. She can often be found smiling softly, observing the bar and its patrons with a clear fondness as she tends to their drinks.RP Notes: She has a distinctly Ala Mhigan accent, though it seems a bit...off, in some aspects. Her eyes are constantly glowing and have an unusual pattern to them if one looks closely, and her hair is exactly the same color as Rija's when Rija is in black. Those that are especially sensitive to aether may notice that hers is surprisingly dense.

Ayase Damodred (Bard)
Pronouns:She/Her
Soft, skinny, and pale little ginger cat bard with a warm joyful disposition. She quickly turns shy when shown lots of affection in public. On occasion her horns might come out and possibly even a blue skinned mooncatte form as well as other strange things, not surprising given her relation to Bloom!RP Notes: Sounds as posh and Sharlayan as she was raised, though she doesn't mean to. Oh also sometimes she can see things she shouldn't be able to... "like you reading this right now. Hi there!"

Rija Muscadet (Bartender)
Pronouns:She/Her
Tall and muscular, and often bedecked in heels, Rija often serves drinks with sleights of hand, clever tricks, and either an impish or a flirtatious smile depending on whether you catch her in pink or black in her primary color.RP Notes: Her accent is a notable mix of Golmorri and Dalmascan, and for a bartender she moves with surprising fluidity. Her tattoo work is extensive, and seems to cover her entire body. From time to time, her eyes glow strongly.

Kurotobi Haruna (Gamba)
Pronouns:She/Her
Haruna is the founder and matriarch of the Kurotobi family, a small yakuza clan of the bakuto stripe, ie. primarily specializing in gambling, though of course she is a shrewd businesswoman with her fingers in many pies. The Kurotobi are ostensibly members of the Rakuza Alliance, a loosely aligned group of families based in the Rakuza district of Kugane, but she is not necessarily very popular with the rest of the Rakuza owing both to gender and what means it took to surviving as yakuza as that gender.
She is calculating and ruthless by necessity, and is not above taking what she wants from those who'd deny it, but despite this also can be quite caring for those she considers deserving of it, and she is fiercely protective of her family and her accomplishments.RP Notes: Her accent can be difficult to get a read on, Eorzean common is not her first tongue, and even in Hingan she has a regional dialect (think Kansai) that she does not always well suppress.
